NCB Hard-Coated Shaft Liners
Protect your propeller and rudder shafts from accelerated wear with our Nickel-Chromium-Boron (NCB) hard-coated shaft liners. Using an advanced thermal spraying process, we create an exceptionally hard (58-62 HRC) and corrosion-resistant surface that is metallurgically bonded to the shaft. This technology provides a superior alternative to standard stainless steel, dramatically extending the service life of your shaft assembly, especially in abrasive environments.
